Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Texas beer
2 tb Liquid smoke
2 tb Soy Sauce
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1/4 ts Tabasco
Mix all ingredients in a shaker-type bottle. Shake liberally on ribs,
chops, etc. while cooking.
