Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk Lemon Jello
1/2 ts Salt and a dash of pepper
1 c Boiling water
3/4 c Pickled beet juice
1/3 c Sugar
Dissolve Jello in boiling
Water. Add beet juice,
Sugar, salt and pepper.
When cool, add:
1 ts Ground horseradish
2 ts Grated onion
3/4 c Diced beets
3/4 c Diced celery
