Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 md Zucchini, Sliced 1/4" Thick
1 1/2 c Chicken Broth
4 tb Unsalted Butter
2 tb Snipped Fresh Dill
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Combine zucchini, chicken broth and butter in a 3 quart microwave safe
dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent.
Cook on high power, stirring once, for 10 minutes. Using a slotted
spoon, transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with dill,
season with salt and pepper, toss to combine. Serve hot. From: Syd's
