Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Raspberries
1/4 c Sliced strawberries
1 tb Raspberry or red wine
-vinegar
2 ts Sugar
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about
15 seconds or until smooth.
*Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries and strawberries can be
substituted for the fresh raspberries and strawberries.
