7 Pat dwigans -- nathan and
Goldman
2 c Canned chick peas --
Drained
2/3 c Tahina paste ( Ground
Sesame seeds)
3/4 c Lemon juice
20 Milliliters
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cumin
Parsley for garnish
Garlic -- mashed
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix with the chickpeas
until smooth. Store the hummus in a covered container n the
refrigerator. Serve well chilled, and just before serving sprinkle
chopped parsley on top.
if a thinner consistency is required, thin with lemon juice.
