Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 pk (1-lb) tiny pasta (shells or 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh parsley
-elbows), cooked and cooled -leaves
-at room temperature 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh basil
1/2 c Trimmed, thinly sliced green 2 tb Finely chopped fresh mint
-onion 1 tb Fresh thyme leaves
1/2 sm Red onion, finely chopped 1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Sweet red pepper, finely 3 tb Red-wine, raspberry, or
-chopped -other flavorful vinegar
1/2 Sweet yellow pepper, finely 1/4 ts Salt
-chopped 1/8 ts Ground black pepper

1. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, green onion, red onion,
peppers, parsley, basil, #nt, and thyme,

2. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, and black
pepper; add to salad. Toss salad to coat well with dressing and serve
at room temperature.
