20 oz Broccoli, chopped; frozen 3 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Onion; chopped 8 oz Cheese spread; jar
1/4 c Butter (or marg.); melted 1/2 c Cracker crumbs
2 tb Flour, all-purpose Butter (or marg.)
1/2 c Water
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Saute onion in
1/4 cup butter until tender; blend in flour. Stir in water, and cook
until smooth and thickened; remove from heat. Stir in eggs and
cheese, blending welll add broccoli.
Spoon mixture into a greased 2-quart shallow casserole; sprinkle with
cracker crumbs, and dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40
minutes.
