1 1/2 lb Ground beef round 1/3 c Chopped parsley
3 Cloves garlic; crushed 1 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Butter
1/4 ts Coarsely ground pepper 1/3 c Chopped parsley
1 c Parmesan cheese; grated Lemon wedges
1. Mix meat-mixture ingredients (first 6) until well blended. Shape
into twelve 1 1/4-inch thick patties. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil and butter in a large heavy nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat.
3. Add patties and cook until well browned on both sides and no
longer pink in centers, about 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve with lemon wedges to
squeeze over the patties.
