Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 sl White bread 1 ea Egg separated
2 sl Cheese 1 tb Mayonnaise
12 ea Cooked asparagus spears
Put toast on glass plate. Layer with cheese and asparagus. Mix
yolk with mayonnaise. Beat white until stiff and fold into yolk
mixture. Spread over asparagus. Microwave on high 2 minutes rotating
