: New Mexico BBQ Sauce
2 Haas avocados -- coarsely
: chopped
2 tomatoes,seeded -- coarsely
: diced
6 oz Blue cheese, good quality
6 oz Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing
: Romaine lettuce -- Chopped
Toss romaine lettuce in CayenneButtermilk dressing, season with salt
and freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and
blue cheese.
