Cooking Light 9-94 1 tb Sugar
Carolyn Shaw 8-95 1 ts Sugar
4 c Thinly sliced green cabbage 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Julienne cut red bell 1/4 ts Celery seeds
Pepper 1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Cider vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Let stand 15
minutes before serving. Makes 6 1 cup servings.
