Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Buttermilk -dried) tarragon
1/2 c Light (calorie-reduced) 1 tb Lemon juice
-lowfat mayonnaise Dash of Worcestershire
3 tb Minced fresh parsley -sauce
3 tb Chopped chives Salt, coarse pepper,
1 Clove garlic, minced -to taste
1 tb Minced fresh (or 1 ts
Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving
time. Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad. Yield: Makes about 1 cup
dressing, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
