Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 qt Water Vegetables -- 16 ounces
2 ea Chicken bouillon cubes 2 cn Condensed cream of chicken
1 c Celery -- diced Soup
1/2 c Onion -- diced 10 3/4 oz Each undiluted
2 1/2 c Potatoes -- diced peeled 1 lb Process cheese -- cut in
1 c Carrots -- diced Cubes
1 pk Frozen Callfornia Blend

Bring water to a boil in a large kettle; add next six ingredients.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until all vegetables are tender,
about 30 minutes. Stir in soup and cheese; cook until soup is heated
through and the cheese is melted. Yield: 10-12 servings (3 qts.)
