Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Recipe CHEESE SPREAD 1/3 c Cooked carrots

Following recipe for cheese spread, replace pimento with carrots and
reduce oats to 1/4 cup.

Many arthritics are sensitive to the nightshade family (tomato, white
potato, hot and sweet peppers, eggplant and tobacco). For those
