5 c Clear chicken stock 1 tb Chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 c White wine -OR-
2 sl Mild cooked ham, fat removed 1/2 ts Dried tarragon
-and shredded 1 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 c Lightly cooked fresh peas
Heat chicken stock in large saucepan. When stock is hot, add wine,
ham, peas and tarragon. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
