Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

------------------INGREDIENTS - SMALL LOAF-----------------------
3/4 c Water
2 1/4 c Better for Bread flour
1 tb Dry milk Powder
2 1/2 tb Brown sugar
3/4 ts Salt
2 tb Butter or Margarine, small
Pieces
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Pecans, chopped
1 ts Yeast, fast rise
--- OR ---
1 1/4 ts Active dry yeast

------------------INGREDIENTS - LARGE LOAF-----------------------
1 1/8 c Water
3 1/3 c Better for Bread flour
1 1/2 tb Dry milk powder
3 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter or margarine, small
Pieces
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise

2 ts Yeast, active dry

Place in pan in order recommended by breadmachine manufacturer. Use
RapidBake cycle or standard.
