Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 sm Onion, chopped 1 1/2 c Diced potatoes
2 tb Butter or margarine 1 c Diced carrots
2 c Water 2 1/2 c Milk
2 Chicken bouillon cubes 2 tb Flour
2 c Diced cooked turkey 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped celery 1/8 ts Pepper

Saute onion in butter until clear. Add water, bouillon, turkey and
vegetables. Cover and boil gently until vegetables are tender. Add a
small amount of milk to the flour, stir until smooth. Add remaining
milk, salt and pepper. Stir into soup. Simmer, stirring occasionally,
until soup thickens slightly. Serve.
