1 cn Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/4 c Rum
1 pt Half Half -or- whipping 1/4 c Cream De Cocoa
-cream Mix in blender or with wire
2 T Hersheys Chocolate Syrup -whip.
1 t Vanilla Refrigerate or freeze.
3/4 c Whiskey Serve over crushed ice.
