Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Sliced peaches
1/2 c Orange juice
3 tb Honey
2 tb Finely chopped
Candied ginger
1 ds Salt
Candied ginger adds delightful zingo. Serve plain or over vanilla ice
cream.
Combine all ingredients, mixing gently. Cover; chill thoroughly.
Spoon into chilled sherbet glasses. Makes
5 servings.
