See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 c Mayonnaise -diagonally
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Into 40 pieces
2 T Grey Poupon Dijon mustard Sliced ripe olives
2 ea Green onions - sliced -(optional) [I don't use
1 ea 8-oz. French bread -'em]
-baguette - sliced
Combine mayonnaise, cheese, mustard and onions. Spread approximately
2 teaspoons mixture on each bread slice. Place cheese side up on
baking sheet. Broil until lightly golden. Garnish with ripe olives
just before broiling, if desired.
40 appetizers (depending on how thickly you slice the bread).
