Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Recipe from 1904. 1/2 t Salt
Serves 6 3 ea Eggs, beaten
3 c Flour 1/4 c Milk
1 t Baking powder
Mix all ingredients well. POur out onto well floured board. With
rolling pin, roll out 1/2 batter at a time. Cut into 1 inch squares.
Drop one at a time into 2 quarts of boiling chicken broth in a 4
quart Dutch oven. Cook 20 minutes. Origin: Women's Circle, for cooks
