3 3/4 c Flour 2 ea Eggs
1/2 t Baking soda 1/4 c Milk
1/2 t Cream of tartar 1 t Vanilla
1 c Margarine (2 sticks) 3 T Sugar
2 c Sugar 1 t Ground cinnamon
Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar, and 1/2 t. salt. Beat
margarine for 30 seconds; add the 2 c. sugar and beat till fluffy.
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten
mixture, beating till well combined. Form dough into 1 inch balls;
roll in a mixture of the 3 T. sugar and the cinnamon. Place balls 2
inches apart on the cookie sheet; flatten slightly with the bottom of
a drinking glass. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until light golden.
