Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Cooked, mashed sweet potatos 3 tb Honey
3 ea Bananas, mashed 1 ts Allspice
1 1/2 c Soy milk 2 ts Chopped candied ginger
1/2 c Prune juice
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients except ginger beat
till fluffy. Pour into greased casserole bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with candied ginger.
Serve as a side dish or sweet enough to serve as a dessert.
