Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 c Olive oil
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
3 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic -- minced
pn Cayenne
Salt and pepper
4 Zucchini -- sliced
Lengthwise
4 Yellow squash -- sliced
Lengthwise

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, cayenne, salt
and pepper. Marinate the zucchini and yellow squash in this dressing
for 10 minutes. Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side over a hot fire
and toss with enough dressing to moisten. Serve half. Reserve half
for Ziti with Grilled Vegetables.
