Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 tb Sugar 3/4 c 2% milk
2 tb Dutch cocoa 1/4 ts Vanilla extract
1 tb Cornstarch
Combine the sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch in a 1-quart glass
measure, and stir well. Gradually add the milk, stirring with a
whisk.
Microwave the milk mixture for 1-1/2 minutes on high. Stir well.
Microwave on medium-high, (70% power), for 1-1/2 minutes till mixture
is thickened. Whisk in the vanilla.
