See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
15 minutes cooking time 1 lb Scamp fillets or other lean
3 tb Lemon juice -white fish fillets
1/2 ts Dry mustard 1 c Soft low-sodium breadcrumbs
1/2 ts Dried whole tarragon Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 tb Reduced-calorie margarine;
1/2 ts Paprika -melted
1 ts Dried whole oregano
Cooking time: about 15 minutes.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip fish fillets into
lemon juice mixture; lightly coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a
broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle reduced-calorie
margarine over fish.
Broil 7" from heat about 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when
tested with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
