Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Cantaloupe or honeydew melon
Peeled, seeds removed,
Chopped
1 1/2 c Cold milk
2 c Chopped ice
3 tb Honey
Combine the fruit with the milk, ice and honey in a blender or food
processor and puree until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve
immediately.
Yield: 1 quart
