tomatoes
flour
salt, pepper
bacon grease for frying
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Slice the tomatoes ... dredge them in a mixture of flour, pepper, and salt, fry them on a skillet until golden brown, turn and do the other side. Now here's the important part ... they're really really good if you fry them in bacon grease ... not bad in butter ... ok in olive oil. Enjoy!
