2 tb Butter or margarine 3 1/4 c Water
1 ea Garlic clove; minced 12 oz Mushrooms; sliced (about 4c)
1 1/2 c Orzo OR Rosa Marina pasta 1/4 c Parsley, fresh; chopped
1 oz Onion soup mix (1 envelope)
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add garlic and
pasta and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 1/2 minutes or until
golden. In a large bowl, combine onion soup mix with the water; add
to pasta mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer,
covered, for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms (do not stir); simmer,
covered for 10 minutes more. Stir in parsley. Place mixture in a
serving bowl or casserole dish and let stand fo 10 minutes or until
