See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 tb Margerine
1 md Onion; diced
2 tb Flour
1 ts Garlic salt
2 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Water or veg broth
1 ts Yeast extract
1 tb To 2T soy sauce or tamari
Pepper to taste
Heat the margerine in a med saucepan over med heat. Saute the onion
for a few mins, then add the flour and garlic salt and saute another
8 mins. Dissolve the cornstarch in water or broth. Gradually add the
cornstarch mixture to the onion mixture, bring to a boil, then simmer
10 mins. Strain the gravy into a seperate saucepan and add the yeast
extract, soy sauce and pepper. Simmer for another minute or two,
