Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Butter 2 tb Milk
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed 1 c Confectioners sugar
Melt butter; add brown sugar and cook over low heat for 2 minutes,
stirring constantly. Add milk and continue, stirring until mixture
comes to a boil. Remove form heat and cool. Add confectioners sugar
