1 ea Tb butter or margarine 1/8 t Ground red pepper
1 t Onion salt 2 c Unsalted peanuts*
1/2 t Garlic powder
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in onion salt, garlic powder, and
ground red pepper until combined. Stir in nuts till coated with
mixture. Spread in shallow baking pan; bake at 300~ for fifteen
minutes. Do not stir. Serve warm or cool. NOTE: To use raw peanuts,
coat them with the butter mixture and increase baking time to thirty
minutes or till peanuts are lightly browned, stirring once after
