1/3 c Light-brown sugar 1/4 ea Inch thick
3/4 t Cinnamon 3 ea Tb Flour
1/4 t Nutmeg 2 ea Tb Light (60%) margarine
4 ea Apples; peeled and sliced
Mix half of the brown sugar with the cinnamon and nutmeg; add the
apples and toss until well coated. Spread the apples evenly in the
bottom of a 1-quart baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the
remaining brown sugar and the flour. Using a pastry blender or two
knives, cut in the spread until the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over
the apples. Bake at 375F unti the apples are tender, about 30
minutes. Per serving: Calories: 135; fat: 2.7g; sodium: 26mg.
