Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Fresh mung bean sprouts 1 tb Olive oil
-(chinese bean sprouts) 1 tb Soy sauce
1 md Tomato, diced 1 tb Sugar or honey (to taste)
4 Green onions, sliced 1/2 ts Garlic flakes
%%%%% DRESSING %%%%% 1/2 ts Onion powder
2 tb Wine vinegar 1/4 ts Ginger

black pepper to taste lettuce leaves

Rinse and drain the sprouts. Shake excess water off. Combine with
the tomatoes and the green onions. Combine the dressing ingredients
and toss with salad. Chill until ready to serve, and then serve on a
bed of lettuce.
