Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 tb Red wine vinegar 1/2 ts Fennel seeds
2 ts Sugar 1 ts Sesame seeds
1/4 ts Salt 3 tb Butter
1/8 ts Pepper 1 Recipe Steamed Leeks
1 ts Yellow mustard seeds

1. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and all of the seeds together in
a small bowl; set aside.

2. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add leeks and
spice mixture. cook, shaking skillet constantly and turning leeks to
coat all sides, until mixture thickens to a glaze, about 2 minutes.

3. Arrange leeks on plates; pour remaining glaze over leeks and serve.
