1/2 c Pineapple juice
4 c Broccoli florets
4 Sweet peppers, thin sliced
1 Onion, thin sliced
2 tb Oyster sauce
1 tb Low-sodium soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c Crushed pineapple
6 c Hot cooked rice
Get the pineapple juice boiling in the wok. Add broccoli, peppers, and
onions. Toss to coat and stir-fry for 5 min.
Now, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic and stir-fry for 2 min.
Add the pineapple and heat though.
