Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 lb Sweet potatoes; cooked, cube
4 Celery stalks; sliced
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Honey
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Ginger; grated
Combine dressing ingredients. Add to sweet potato and celery. Chill
well. To cook sweet potatoes in microwave; pierce and cook for 20 min
