2 c Fresh cilantro leaves
3/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c Pine nuts -- toasted
6 Cloves garlic
1 tb Lime juice (1/2 lime)
1 c Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 tb Salt
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Source:
